In-depth personal interview. We always meet our candidates face-to-face so we can find out the full details of their work experience and preferences. This helps us to find people that have the training, experience, and people skills to match your requirements.
General and objective skills tests. We test all of our candidates for knowledge of basic math, and written English communication. If the candidate meets these basic qualifications, we then test them for specialized skills required in specific positions, such as typing, data entry, and software proficiency.
Thorough reference checks. We contact each candidate's previous employers to determine not only the length of employment, but to obtain detailed feedback on past work performance.
