Health insurance
Eastridge Administrative Services offers access to a variety of medical and dental plans with individual and family coverage from reputable national carriers.

401(k) plan
After you have worked 1,000 hours worked on assignment with Eastridge Administrative Services in a 12 month period, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) retirement savings plan, effective the first day of the following calendar quarter. You may contribute 1 to 100 percent of your salary (up to $15,000 in 2006) with a choice of several fund options. Individual contribution limits may vary based on your compensation.

The company may match a percentage of your contribution at the end of each calendar year, with full vesting for any company match after two years.

Direct deposit/Credit union membership
For added convenience, you can choose to have your paycheck deposited directly into your bank account. Credit union membership is also available.

Gym membership/Entertainment discounts
Eastridge Administrative Services offers discount memberships to 24-Hour Fitness health clubs, discounted movie tickets, and discounted admission to local attractions.
