Here's what will happen once you call or submit an online quick application to Eastridge Administrative:
  1. If you haven't already done so, you'll be asked to fill out application. The application asks you to supply information about your recent work experience, job skills, and types of positions you are looking for.
  2. If you meet our basic requirements, a recruiter will call you and ask you to fill out a full application, which may be completed online or at one of our offices. You'll also be asked to take general skill tests.
  3. After reviewing your application, a recruiter will arrange a meeting with you at an Eastridge office. This meeting will include:
    • One-on-one briefing. A 15-to-30 minute interview about your career history, strengths, objectives, future career plans, desired work environment, salary goals, and other preferences.
    • Specific skill tests. Specialized tests based the position(s) you are interested in, such as Microsoft Office and touch-typing.
    • We will also contact you prior employers for a reference check.
  4. We will enter your information into our database and call you with available assignments. We also request that you check in with us on a regular basis so that we will know you are still available for work.
  5. Once we identify a potential assignment for you, we'll discuss the details of the job with you before we present your qualifications to our client organization.
